Are you stressed? Need to clear your head?

With so many distractions in our lives, it can be very hard to take time out, relax and destress and being stressed can lead to various problems, including stressed out and tired skin.

In this week’s video, I take you through a simple breathing exercise to help you de-stress. It only takes one minute, so can be done practically anywhere.

The exercise I use follows pranayama or alternate nose breathing techniques.
