SUPER EXCITED!!!
NEWS: Just found out I’ve been selected as a FINALIST for the 2014 Aesthetic Awards BEST AESTHETIC MEDICAL PRACTITIONER of the Year!!!
I’m currently doing a happy dance at the moment as this is super exciting!
However, I do have a slight fear inside of me as I’m up against some really great people in the industry….. practitioners that I look up to and have learned from. You can see the full list here.
Luckily one of my patients on Facebook reminded me “All you can do is keep on doing what you are doing. It will all fall into place at the most perfect time.”
I’m grateful for my patients, clients and people I meet online and offline. They inspire me to continue and love what I do. In times of excitement or stress, I can sometimes forget what I often tell my patients – to trust the process of reaching their goals be it regaining their vitality, energy, balance, beautiful skin again or just being healthier and happier. I do believe the universe, Mother Nature or life works in mysterious ways.
As one of my mentors, Jim Rohn said “Success is not to be pursued; it is to be attracted by the person you become.”
We have to set our sails towards the direction of our goals, learn as much as we can to navigate the seas and to enjoy the sunsets along the way. It is when we become a better captain of our ship, we will get to our destination much quicker and happier too.
The results will only be out in December (no voting this time as many people have asked, it’s being decided through a judging panel) but somehow I already feel a winner as I’m super blessed by the amazing things that has happened to me the last few years and the beautiful women and modern men that I had the opportunity to serve.
