WE WON THE 2013 AESTHETIC AWARDS FOR THE BEST NEW CLINIC!
WOOHOOO!!!!!
Iām seriously doing the Happy Dance at the moment as The Skin Energy Clinic was awarded Best New Clinic for 2013/2014 at the Grange Hotel, Tower Bridge, London. I managed to sneak a quick picture with Johnny Depp (HUGE FAN) and Will Smith who was at the event too – will tell you more later!
I was honoured to accept the award but also relieved that the industry recognised a small practice as us. We had 4 other contenders and we were the youngest clinic. When I found out that I got on the final list, I thought to myself “No way would we stand a chance with all these more established places!”
The biggest deciding factor I found out towards our win was the care we put towards our customer service and making each individual patient feel important, and not just a number!
And because of that, I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all my readers, patients, clients, family and friends for being a part of my journey. You may not feel you played a big part but people like you inspire me to improve things for the better. This year has been a huge learning curve for me, setting up my very first clinic – there were tears and laughter. I have learned so much from every feedback I receive – both the positive and the lessons to be learned.
Iām truly grateful for this opportunity to end 2013 on a high and looking forward to an amazing 2014, helping more people look and feel beautiful!
