I’m recovering from jetlag at the moment after my trip to Utah where I was learning more about our amazing hormones!
I had to buy some melatonin to help me sleep. It’s great stuff melatonin! It’s a natural sleep enhancer and is actually a natural hormone secreted by a small gland in our brain.
It improves our sleep pattern, gives us energy and it’s also a powerful anti-oxidant that protects us from cancer and helps with jetlag! If you’re a bit of a jetsetter and you suffer with jetlag, I’d recommend you get hold of some melatonin from a natural food store, but do consult your natural physician first before taking it!
