New Year has started with a few people having the flu, including myself. Luckily it only took me a day to recover. However, I passed it to my fiance and it took him about a week to recover π
Itβs true then what they say about βMan-flu!β….Heheheh! I thought it was only a myth!
Anyway, the flu made my face puffy and needed to do something to help me DePuff it – at least to get rid of my puffy eyes.
I combined what I learned from the Japanese beauty experts on lymphatic drainage and breathing exercises when I was in India to enhance the effects of this Face Depuffing Technique.
It not only helped me reduce the puffiness around my eyes but also helps me keep my skin glowing, breakouts at bay and wrinkles minimised.
I ran through it quite quickly in the video but when youβre doing it on your own, you can take as long as you like, depending on your schedule. I find it best when I do it in the morning, getting my face ready for the day and in the evening when I come back from work.
Over to you…

Until the next video blog, wishing you a very productive and Zen day!
Be Inspired. Have Fun. Stay Young.
The massage looks brilliant; I found it hard to follow along with you at the speed you were delivering. I shall watch it a few more times and then hopefully get the breathing and movements synchronised.
Thanks Rita! Feedback appreciated. Will make sure future how-to videos will be shorter and easier to follow π
Thanks for this Terry! I don’t know about Japanese women, I think you’re pretty darn gorgeous yourself. π
I think it’d be helpful to have a longer version of the “business” part of the video, that we can follow along to at the correct pace. A bit like online yoga vids.
Thanks again!
Thanks for the encouraging feedback Lina. Good points about the videos. Will fine tune for future one. Do let me know what other how-to videos you would find useful.
What a LOVELY massage Dr Terry!
Thank you Jane π I’m glad you found it useful.
