New Year has started with a few people having the flu, including myself. Luckily it only took me a day to recover. However, I passed it to my fiance and it took him about a week to recover πŸ™‚

It’s true then what they say about β€œMan-flu!”….Heheheh! I thought it was only a myth!

Anyway, the flu made my face puffy and needed to do something to help me DePuff it – at least to get rid of my puffy eyes.

I combined what I learned from the Japanese beauty experts on lymphatic drainage and breathing exercises when I was in India to enhance the effects of this Face Depuffing Technique.

It not only helped me reduce the puffiness around my eyes but also helps me keep my skin glowing, breakouts at bay and wrinkles minimised.

I ran through it quite quickly in the video but when you’re doing it on your own, you can take as long as you like, depending on your schedule. I find it best when I do it in the morning, getting my face ready for the day and in the evening when I come back from work.

Over to you…
