These past few months have meant unprecedented turmoil to businesses everywhere. The Coronavirus pandemic has brought a virtual halt to the global economy and put the world in a lockdown. As we gently ease back into some normality, it is vital to keep our workforce safe and healthy. Schools are re-opening on the 1stJune, albeit only for Reception, Year 1 and Year 6. Non-essential shops can now be opened from 15th June. This however has brought concerns to many and questions have been raised on the safety of the re-opening as well as the possibility that it would increase the rate of R and cause a second surge in the pandemic. It is with this in mind that we created the corporate testing and health risk management services to our corporate clients.
We can help implement an exhaustive health and safety plan for your employees to ensure a safe workplace. Our plan can involve bespoke measures such as strict employee health screening including frequent antigen (PCR swab) tests, antibody tests for SARS-CoV-2, extensive cleaning and sanitising protocols, ensuring social distancing, advice on limiting capacities/appointments/bookings, and offering contactless payment options amongst others. Depending on the findings of our risk assessment of the workplace, we can then advise on the necessary protocols to ensure a smooth and safe return to work scheme.
Frequency of testing is dependent on the potential risk at the workplace and the usual work routine. If an employee is in a customer-facing position and has the potential of being at-risk, the PCR antigen test can be repeated as often as every 4 days. Each workplace and each employee is unique, therefore our commitment to create a bespoke tailor-made testing programme depending on your particular needs.
