How We Determine the Best Care for You:
The Dr Terry Clinic team will recommend the best consultation type for you depending on your goals. Depending on the consultation, we may require you to complete a detailed questionnaire before your appointment. The questionnaire will need to be returned at least 3 days before your appointment for Dr Terry to review. During the consultation, we will go through your needs, goals and wants to create a bespoke program depending on budget, lifestyle and personality. This may include diagnostic testing, treatments or recommendations of supplements or skin care products.
